CANCELLATION POLICY

General

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. We aim to make the cancellation process simple and transparent for our customers.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is processed/ dispatched, whichever is earlier.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy after receiving the product.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped:

  • You can request cancellation by contacting our support team immediately.

  • Once approved, the order will be cancelled successfully.

  • The refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 10 to 45 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Since we deal with custom-made and personalized jackets, these products are specially manufactured according to your measurements and design preferences.

Therefore:

  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

  • Once the tailoring or customization process begins, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • Such products are not eligible for refund or exchange except in case of manufacturing defects.

We request customers to carefully review all measurements, designs, and details before confirming the order.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Cancellation will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Order already shipped or dispatched

  • Custom or personalized products under production

  • Bulk or special orders made specifically on customer request

  • Products purchased during special sale or clearance offers (if applicable)

To cancel your order, please contact our support team with:

  • Order Number

  • Registered Email ID

  • Reason for cancellation
