Shipping Locations & Partners
All products are shipped from our warehouse in India to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. We deliver worldwide in partnership with reliable courier services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and International Post (“Courier Partners”). Delivery partner details will be provided once your order is handed over to the courier by Metty Fashions.
Address Information
Customers are required to provide a complete street address, including pin code details, when placing an order.
Processing Times
Orders are processed on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding national or declared holidays.
Order Modifications
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be edited, modified, or changed. However, we accept address change requests made within 12 hours of placing the order or upon order confirmation. For any related concerns, please contact us at metty.fashions@gmail.com.
Delivery Timeframe
You can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days from the date of order placement.

Upon order confirmation, a tracking number will be provided via Email and WhatsApp. You can track your orders using the Online Tracking Facility on our delivery partners’ websites or by contacting us via WhatsApp at +91-8595762621.
